Description

Acclaimed French chef Cyril Lignac has opened Bar des Prés Mayfair on South Audley Street, bringing his signature blend of French technique and East-Asian influence to the heart of the neighbourhood.

The menu centres on seasonal, high-quality ingredients, with new additions including a Robata Grill selection featuring yakitori-style dishes such as chicken satay, beef fillet and A4 Kagoshima wagyu rib-eye. Wagyu plays a stronger role throughout, with standout dishes including wagyu tartare crispy maki and the Bar des Prés wagyu smash burger, now a permanent fixture following its success at the restaurant's Dubai outpost.

Signature favourites remain at the core of the offering, alongside refined classics such as reimagined Chilean sea bass with wild garlic pesto and Thai broth, and elevated sushi dishes that highlight bold yet balanced flavours.

The drinks list complements the food with a curated selection of cocktails, including Asian-inspired twists on classics, alongside an extensive French wine list.

Designed by Lázaro Rosa Violán Studio, the interiors seamlessly blend French elegance with East-Asian precision. A hidden private dining space, The Salon, offers an intimate setting for events and celebrations, accommodating up to 65 guests seated.
