With the option to pair dishes with curated wines, this immersive experience brings together tradition and innovation, memory and flavour. 

The six-course Alphonso Mango Feasting Menu is £125, with dishes including Scallops Mangai Mappas with mango chilli salsa and coconut cream, and Kairee Jheenga with prawns, chilli, coriander and mango. Wine pairings are £95.
