Mount Street Neighbourhood is excited to welcome back its Arts Festival, presented by Grosvenor, a celebration of art, culture and community in the heart of Mayfair.

Miles Aldridge's 15 Minutes of Fame at 62 South Audley Street
12-17 October; 10am-8pm
£380 per session, for up to four people
At the centre of this year's festival, which runs alongside Frieze and PAD London, acclaimed British photographer and artist Miles Aldridge brings his Polaroid portrait project, 15 Minutes of Fame, to Mayfair. The space at 62 South Audley Street is transformed into Aldridge's working studio, where he photographs sitters against his signature orange backdrop, using props drawn from his colourful universe. Inspired by his 2024 TIME Icon of the Year cover with Elton John, each 15-minute shoot is an unrepeatable experience that produces a series of unique Polaroids.

Hauser & Wirth Publishers Pop-Up at 62 South Audley Street

With headquarters in Zurich and New York, Hauser & Wirth Publishers has built a reputation for producing vital, lasting records of artists’ work and ideas. From exhibition-related titles and artists’ writings to commissioning new scholarships, the international imprint's back catalogue extends to more than 230 titles. This October, Hauser & Wirth Publishers brings its bookshop to Mayfair, spotlighting its latest releases alongside a selection of limited signed copies.
Omari Douglas: The Fabric of Us
Tuesday 13 October; 5:30pm at Grosvenor Chapel
On 13 October at Grosvenor Chapel, actor Omari Douglas will present The Fabric of Us, an original work that brings together a multi-disciplinary cast, including Douglas, Royal Ballet soloist Hannah Grennell, artist Joline Kwakkenbos, actor, DJ, writer and director Simon Manyonda and actor and musician Gloria Obianyo. The performance takes James Baldwin's reflections on identity as its springboard, exploring the selves we construct, reveal and shed.
A Vibe Called Tech Breakfast Series
13-17 October
Throughout the week, creative studio A Vibe Called Tech will host a series of breakfast conversations across the neighbourhood exploring the art of rituals, with host destinations including Hauser & Wirth Publishers Pop-Up, Lyndsey Ingram, FoundRae and APPARATUS.

Join Angel Otero for an intimate breakfast event celebrating the publication of his new monograph, which explores recent developments in the Puerto Rican artist’s distinctive practice and his ongoing engagement with memory, identity and migration.
Otero will be in conversation with Michaela Unterdörfer, Executive Director of Hauser & Wirth Publishers, followed by a book signing with the artist.
The event comes at an exciting moment for Otero, with his work featured in Frieze Sculpture 2026 and his UK debut exhibition, Agua Salada, at Hauser & Wirth Somerset.
